In this Day of Teaching and Retreat led by his grandson, Dr. Rajmohan Gandhi, we explored the practice of satyagraha and his grandfather’s understanding of the relationship among the world’s religious traditions.

Author of perhaps the definitive biography of his illustrious grandfather, Gandhi: The Man, His People and the Empire, Rajmohan Gandhi teaches at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. A former member of the Indian Parliament, he led the Indian delegation to the UN Human Rights Commission in the 1990s.
